Summer is upon us.  It is warm in Florida - mid 80's and humid!! I miss this time of year in my former State of Maine.  But the winters are great in Florida. 

Refinancing seems to be picking up steam here.  Not as busy as we would like to be - but at least we are still in the business!!! So many appraisers have given up their licenses for greener pastures.  Can't say as I blame them - but I do enjoy my profession and hope to be able to stay in it for a long time. 

Hope business is good for everyone out there.  Things are bound to get better.
