We are well into the New Year and things are looking up!

Business seems to be increasing.  Hopefully it will continue.

HVCC Code of Conduct and the new 1004MC form are causing problems and confusion.  I will be taking a course for the new 1004MC form (which some lenders are already requesting).  I have had discussions with several different appraisers and no one can agree on how to go about filling out the form.  Some of the data that it asks for is not readily available thru MLS search engines.  But hopefully the course will explain the form and what they expect from it.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I did receive some data from the Appraisal Institute.  Trainees in the State of Florida have dropped off dramatically.  Some certified appraisers have also left the profession.  Does this mean when it gets busy - the ones hanging in there will be too busy????
