Good news on the Family Front. My son is back from Irag and Afghanistan safe and sound!!  He just came down for a visit with us.  We were very happy to see him.

The new 1004MC form has now become a requirement.  It also has undergone some changes right before the implementation date.  There has been quite a bit of discussion about its effectiveness in showing historical trends.  I don't feel that the data represented by the form is a good indicator of the market, but as it is a requirement, I will implement it.

Sales have seemed to have picked up in the Tampa Bay Area. Do you all suppose the worst is behind us?  Real Estate Brokers seems optimistic (at least some of them!).

I was expecting an increase in FHA appraisals, but I personally have not seen any increase at all.

Hope everyone is coming off the winter okay.  I don't miss the snow.  Love the warm winters in Florida compared to the cold ones in Maine.
